Shipping Carriers

FREE Ground Shipping* on every product over $75 within the 48 contiguous US States (some exceptions apply for a handful of isolated locations). Free ground shipping is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, territories, P. O. boxes, and military addresses. Please contact us with your mailing address for shipping quotes.

Flat Rate Shipping Fee of $6.99 for products under $75.

*Note: We offer a Free Shipping option on most products we sell. However, we pay your original shipping fees and provide it as a discount on your order. If you elect to return or cancel the order after shipment, the original shipping cost + return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Order Shipment

  • Please allow up to 3-4 business days for your order to be processed. Some brands can take up to 10 days for processing. Refer to product page for details.
  • If the product is in stock, it is shipped as soon as possible. All deliveries for in-stock products are made within 2-7 business days (estimated), based on location.
  • As soon as your order has been shipped, we will send your tracking information to the e-mail address you provide at checkout.
  • If you do not receive tracking information from us within 7 business days of your order, feel free to contact us.
  • Orders are shipped either via UPS, FedEx, USPS or an LTL freight shipping carrier.

Note: We rely on shipping carriers to have the product delivered to you, and are unable to account for shipping delays caused by them or unforeseen circumstances. 

Ground Shipping

  • Packages are delivered via FedEx, UPS or USPS.
  • Shipping carriers may deliver on Saturdays.
  • Most FedEx, UPS, or USPS Ground shipments do not require a signature and the driver will leave the package at a suitable location at your address
  • Free ground shipping may not be available to Alaska and Hawaii or to P. O. Boxes or Military Addresses (please contact us to verify).
  • Please review the inspection guidelines for ground shipping when accepting delivery.

Freight Shipping

  • Large and heavy products ship LTL freight on a pallet
  • We will inform you if your item ships freight. If you were not notified, your order will ship using ground shipping.
  • We offer free freight shipping within the 48 contiguous US States
  • If the product is in stock, expected delivery is typically within 7-10 business days
  • The freight carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery time.
  • Someone will need to be available for delivery.
  • The driver will place the package curbside at the end of your driveway.
  • Please contact us for LTL and other special delivery instructions or requests.
  • Please review the inspection guidelines for freight shipping when accepting delivery.

Shipping to Canada

  • Depending on the item and item brand the shipping is $250 via UPS/FedEx Ground (under 150 lbs)
  • Some heavier sinks (over 150 lbs) that ship LTL freight will have a higher shipping cost
  • Duties and taxes not included

We do our best to get you the right product in pristine condition and are available to assist you in the event of returns, exchanges, cancellations, missing parts or damages.

    Standard Returns

    • Must be requested within 14 days from the day of delivery. Exception: "Allstone Group" sinks must be requested within 10 days of delivery. 
    • Buyer pays return shipping and insurance costs.
    • If item was shipped as part of free shipping promotion, initial shipping charges will be deducted from refund OR 25% restocking fees may apply (whichever is lower). For information on the original shipping charges please contact us.
      • Exceptions:
        • Nantucket Sinks - 15% restocking fees
        • Rohl - 30% restocking fees + original freight shipping of $200 
        • Alfi, AllStone, Blanco, Elkay, Whitehaus - 25% restocking fees + original shipping
    • Returns must include an RMA# (provided by us).
    • Products must be shipped back to the warehouse, traceable and insured with RMA# listed on the return label (tracking must be shared with us for a refund). 
    • The item must be new, unused, unassembled, and in original packaging
    • Due to the many variations in monitors and browsers, the color of products may appear different on different monitors. Items returned based on the color will be treated as a standard return. Please make sure to read our color disclaimer.
    • We cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss along the way. Please insure your return.
    • Refund will be processed once the item is received and verified in the warehouse in about 7-14 business days after delivery.
    • Please submit a request using the "Message Us" form on the contact us page to start the return process.

    Exchanges

    • Exchanges will be treated as a standard return (see above).
    • A new order can be placed for another product.

    Cancellations

    • Can take up to 1 business day to confirm a cancellation.
    • Full refund only if the order has not been processed by the warehouse.
    • Cancellation of backorders, confirmed or processed orders will result in a 3% cancellation fee.
    • If the product has been processed by the manufacturer's warehouse, cancellations will be treated as a standard return (see above).

    Damages and Defects

    Despite all our best efforts, sometimes your shipment may arrive damaged. In case of damages, as long as you follow these simple steps we guarantee to send you a replacement and take care of any shipping costs. In addition, you will have our excellent customer service available at your fingertips to handle your case.

    • Follow the inspection guidelines based on how your order was shipped
    • Contact us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery. We MUST be notified about any damages promptly so we have enough time to resolve the issue for you and so the warehouse can file the insurance claim with the carrier.

    Please Note: We can only take responsibility if we are notified within 24-48 hours of delivery and the inspection guidelines are followed

    If your product arrives without any visible damage but does not function properly, it may be due to a defect on the manufacturer’s end, which is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. Our customer service team will be happy to guide you through the warranty process.

    If applicable, we can only reimburse you for the cost of the product and shipping, and not for any additional costs such as installation, etc. We also cannot be held responsible if the product you ordered does not meet your required specs. Please do the necessary research on the product in advance.

    **Fireclay, Handcrafted or Hand finished Products:

    • Due to the organic nature of these hand finished products, minor imperfections (such as little bubbles, dimples, small divets, etc.) may appear. These are not defects and do not affect the functionality of the sink. It's what makes each sink uniquely its own. Unfortunately, we will not be able to replace or discount products with minor imperfections.
    • The unfinished underside of any ceramic-based products (fireclay, granite, porcelain, etc) will have minor surface deformities, odd patches and surface scratches/cracks from any manufacturer because they are unfinished due to being under the counter. This is normal and will not affect the integrity of the item. Contact us if you would like us to review your ordered item(s). 

    Incorrect Item(s)

    If you find that the item you received is not the one you ordered, please notify us promptly within 14 days of delivery.

    • Please include pictures of the item(s)# on the box, shipping label and the incorrect item(s).
    • The item must be new, unused, unassembled, and in original packaging
    • Due to the many variations in monitors and browsers, the color of products may appear different on different monitors. Items returned based on the color will be treated as a standard return. Please read our color disclaimer.

    Missing Item(s)

    If you cannot find an item that was recorded as delivered, please notify us promptly within 24 hours. We’ll work to help you get to the bottom of it. Unfortunately, we cannot issue any refunds or replacements for an order that the delivery company recorded as delivered, even if it was lost or stolen after delivery. If you would like a signature to be required upon delivery, kindly request that at the time you place your order.

    The Sink Boutique will not be held responsible for any missing item claims received beyond 24 hours.
