What are your business hours?

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credits cards including VISA, Mastercard, AMEX and Diners Club.
I don’t see the product I’m looking for, but you carry the brand, can you get the item for me?
Yes, most likely we will be able to. We have access to all the product lines for most of the brands we carry. Email us the brand and model number and we will get back to you with details as soon as possible.
Do you charge sales tax?
Yes, only in the state of Virginia.
Can fireclay farmhouse sinks be used with a garbage disposal?
Yes they sure can! Plus, they all have a standard 3 1/2" drain, so any standard garbage disposal will work just fine.
Can the fireclay farm sinks be installed under mount?
Yes, they can be installed under mount, top mount or flush mount. In either scenario, the sink must be supported from underneath. The best countertop type for farm sinks is solid surface such as granite.
Which sink material requires the least maintenance?
If you are looking for a low maintenance sink, we would recommend Fireclay sinks. Fireclay is resistant to staining and is also easy to clean. Copper is stunning to look at and Bamboo, eco-friendly, however, they both need a lot more TLC.
Is shipping really free?
Yes, at The Sink Boutique, we offer FREE Ground Shipping on every product within the 48 contiguous US States (some exceptions apply for very heavy items and handful isolated locations). Ground shipping is not available to Alaska and Hawaii or to P.O Boxes or Military Addresses.
I want my sink sooner; do you offer expedited shipping?
For product orders that weigh less than 150 lbs, it may be possible to expedite shipping. Please Contact Us for expedited shipping options. Products over 150 lbs must ship on a pallet by freight.
How long does shipping take?
The Sink Boutique processes every order with the utmost speed and efficiency, but shipping time varies based on factors such as product type, stock status, and shipping destination. Typically, orders placed before 5 pm EST (M-F) will be shipped within 2 business days (provided the item is in stock). Free U.S. Shipping will take between 5-7 business days unless otherwise specified in the product details. You may expect to receive your item within 7-14 business days.
Can I track my order?
As soon as the order is fulfilled, we will email you a tracking number. You can use that, to stay up-to-the-minute on your delivery progress. If you can't find the email, no worries! Contact Us and we will be happy to look it up for you.
What if my item(s) arrives damaged?
Despite all our best efforts, sometimes your shipment may arrive damaged. In case of damages, don't worry, as long as you follow these simple steps we guarantee to send you a replacement and take care of any shipping costs. In addition, you will have our excellent customer service available at your fingertips to handle your case.

What if the item(s) goes missing?
If you cannot find an item that was recorded as delivered, please notify us promptly within 24 hours. We’ll work to help you get to the bottom of it. Unfortunately, however, we cannot issue any refunds or replacements for an order that the delivery company recorded as delivered, even if it was lost or stolen after delivery. If you would like a signature to be required upon delivery, kindly request that at the time you place your order.
What if I change my mind about the purchase and want to cancel the order?
If you want to cancel your order for any reason, you can do so for most products at no charge until the order ships. If you just placed your order and we haven’t shipped your products out yet, please contact us promptly for a same day full refund. If your item has shipped and you want to cancel the order, please contact us immediately. Restocking fees apply, due to manufacturer charges. You will be liable for return shipping and replacement shipping costs.
Can I track my order?
Within 3-4 business days of purchasing a product on our site, you will receive shipping notification e-mail with your products tracking information (note: this is a separate e-mail from your order confirmation e-mail!). If you have not received this information within four business days (M-F), reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org

Is it safe to shop on your website?
When you order with The Sink Boutique, you can enjoy the utmost peace of mind that your entire transaction is safe and secure. Our entire checkout process is done through an SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encrypted system. This means your information is always protected.
What is your return policy?
If you aren’t happy with your purchase, neither are we. Our 14-day returns and exchange policy dates from the day you receive your order. For product returns, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Please submit your return request to email@example.com. Any returns that do not include the RMA number cannot and will not be processed. Each returned item will be inspected to determine that it is unused and in a resalable condition. You must return the item in its original packaging. Products that have been installed or damaged will not be granted a refund. Restocking fees apply, due to manufacturer charges

What if I want to exchange my sink for another one from you?
If you wish to exchange an item within 14 days of receiving it, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and request an exchange. The item being exchanged must be new, unused, unassembled, and in its intact original packaging. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs, the shipping costs of the replacement and a restocking fee. If you are exchanging an item due to a mistake on our part, you will not be charged any shipping costs or restocking fees.
