Shipping Policy
FREE Ground Shipping* on every product over $75 within the 48 contiguous US States (some exceptions apply for a handful of isolated locations). We maybe able to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, and Canada. Some products can ship to other international destinations. Please contact us with your mailing address for shipping quotes. We cannot ship items to P. O. boxes, and military addresses.
Flat Rate Shipping Fee of $6.99 for products under $75.

*Note: We offer a Free Shipping option on most products we sell. However, we pay your original shipping fees and provide it as a discount on your order. If you elect to return or cancel the order after shipment, the original shipping cost + return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Order Shipment
- Most in stock orders ship within 1-3 business days.
- As soon as your order has been shipped, we will send the tracking information to the e-mail address provided at checkout.
- Final delivery dates are determined once the tracking number is issued. Based on delivery location, orders are estimated to be delivered within 2-5 business days.
- If you do not receive tracking information from us within 5 business days of your order, feel free to contact us.
- Orders are shipped either via FedEx, UPS, USPS or an LTL freight shipping carrier.
- If an item is on back order, an email will be sent after the order is placed of when stock is expected.
- We rely on shipping carriers to have the product delivered to you, and are unable to account for shipping delays caused by them or unforeseen circumstances. Any shipping charges paid are non-refundable.
- Delivery estimates provided on the product page for in stock items are an estimate. For actual delivery dates please wait for the tracking number.
- If you need the sink by a certain date, you can contact us for a better estimate or expedited shipping (additional charges can apply) rates.
Ground Shipping
- Packages are delivered via FedEx, UPS or USPS.
- Shipping carriers may deliver on Saturdays.
- FedEx, UPS, or USPS Ground shipments do not require a signature and the driver will leave the package at a suitable location at your address.
- The driver will not call ahead to schedule delivery so please use the tracking information to track your package.
- Free ground shipping may not be available to Alaska and Hawaii or to P. O. Boxes or Military Addresses (please contact us to verify).
- Please review the inspection guidelines for ground shipping when accepting delivery.
Freight Shipping
- Large and heavy products ship LTL freight on a pallet.
- We offer free freight shipping within the 48 contiguous US States.
- If the product is in stock, expected delivery is typically within 2-5 business days.
- The freight carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery time.
- Someone will need to be available for delivery.
- The driver will place the package curbside at the end of your driveway.
- Please contact us for LTL and other special delivery instructions or requests.
- Please review the inspection guidelines for freight shipping when accepting delivery.
Shipping to Canada
- Depending on the item the shipping is estimated to be about $150 via UPS/FedEx Ground. Some heavier products that ship LTL freight will have a higher shipping cost.
- While buyers from Canada may order through our website, please be prepared to be contacted by our office regarding your order, since the rate on the website is an estimate and additional charges might apply.
- Duties, taxes and any other fees that are not included will be the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact us for an exact shipping quote.
- Please see our collection of products that ship to Canada.
- You can still order brands that don't ship to Canada, by providing a US shipping address or using a mail forwarder.
Shipping to Alaska/Hawaii
- Depending on the item the shipping is estimated to be about $300 via UPS/FedEx Ground. Some heavier products that ship LTL freight will have a higher shipping cost.
- While buyers from Alaska/Hawaii may order through our website, please be prepared to be contacted by our office regarding your order, since additional fees may apply.
