Ground vs Freight Shipping

Ground Shipping

  • Flat rate shipping fee of $6.99 for products under $75
  • Used for small to mid-size products
  • Delivered by FedEx, UPS, or USPS
  • No signature required — package will be left in a secure area
  • Weekend delivery may be available, depending on the carrier

Freight Shipping (Large Items)

  • Typically used for items over 100 lbs or exceeding 36" in any dimension (e.g., stone sinks, large fireclay sinks, vanities, tubs)
  • Shipped on a pallet via LTL freight carrier
  • Carrier will contact you to schedule delivery
  • Curbside delivery only — the item will be placed at the end of your driveway
  • Someone must be available to inspect and sign for delivery

Shipping Protection & Insurance

  • All orders are automatically protected from damage during transit. Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos. 
  • Packages that show as lost on the shipping carriers' website will be replaced within 5-7 business days.

✅ Important: Freight deliveries must be inspected immediately upon arrival. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing.

Tracking & Communication

What to expect: 

  • Tracking emails sent within 24 hours of shipment (sometimes we ship so fast, packages are en route before tracking updates)
  • Freight deliveries: The Carrier will call to schedule a delivery appointment
  • Delivery delays: If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window provided by the carrier, please contact us.

Shipping Outside the Contiguous 48 States

Estimated Shipping Costs:

  • Canada: $150+ for standard sinks | Higher rates for freight items
  • Alaska & Hawaii: $300+ for standard sinks | Higher rates for freight items

Important Notes:

  • All quotes are estimates - we'll provide exact costs before processing your order
  • Canada orders: Customs, duties, and taxes are the buyer's responsibility
  • Heavy/oversized items may require additional freight charges

Returns & Cancellations

Return shipping: For defective or damaged items, we cover replacement shipping costs. The customer is responsible for return shipping on exchanges or buyer's remorse returns. Returns & Refund Policy.

Other Shipping Notes

  • P.O. Boxes: We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses
  • Expedited shipping: Available by request (additional fees apply)
  • Backorders: If an item is on backorder, we'll notify you by email with estimated availability
  • Shipping fees: Non-refundable if an order is cancelled after shipment
