Price Match Guarantee

At The Sink Boutique, we provide you with the best pricing on products and service. We know you have options, and we want to ensure that you feel 100% secure purchasing from us - knowing that you are getting the best price possible. If our website has lowered the price of the item within 30 days of when you ordered, please contact us and we will refund the difference.

If you find a lower price than ours on the internet for an identical item currently in stock at an official, US-based online retailer of the brand, you may be eligible for a price match or discount. You will need to request a price match before placing an order with us.

In order to submit a price match request please use the form on the Contact Us page to send us a request with the web address of the lower price product. We will consider your claim and reply with either a price match or an explanation if rejected.

Eligibility criteria for our 100% Price Guarantee:

  • Price Match Requests need to be submitted before an order is placed
  • Only Official US-based Online Retailers: The competitor must be an official US-based online retailer, they must not have a physical/brick and motor store.
  • No Discount Websites: Discount websites are not included, such as Craigslist, eBay and Overstock.
  • Published Price: The lower price must be published on the competitor's website.
  • No Promotions: The price match applies to the advertised price and coupons advertised on the product page only. Any other coupons, rebates, quotes or in-cart discounts are eligible at the discretion of TheSinkBoutique.com. Site promotions including rebates and buy-one-get-one offer are not included and cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion.
  • Product must be in stock: This does not apply to items that you find that are out of stock
  • Must be an Authorized Reseller: The competitor must be an Authorized Retailer for the product in question. Auctions or individuals are not accepted.
  • Includes all charges: The Price Match Guarantee includes the total check out price including all fees.
  • No Manufacturer Direct Pricing: The guarantee does not include wholesale or manufacturer direct pricing
  • Some Brands maybe Exempt: We cannot price match Blanco, Elkay, Karran, Crestwood and Houzer products.
