What We Match:

  • Identical items in brand, model, and finish
  • Sold by authorized U.S.-based online retailers
  • In stock and publicly listed
  • Lower checkout price, including shipping and taxes

30-Day Post-Purchase Guarantee:

  • If our website price drops within 30 days of your purchase, we’ll refund you the difference.
  • Exclusions apply for limited-time or promotional pricing (see below)

Important Exclusions:

To protect both our customers and our pricing integrity, the following situations are not eligible for price matching

  • Time-limited promotions (e.g., July 4th, Black Friday, Flash Sales)
  • Temporary discounts driven by supplier/manufacturer promotions
  • In-cart coupons, rebates, or email-exclusive offers
  • Marketplace pricing (e.g., eBay, Overstock, Craigslist)
  • Prices from non-authorized retailers or brick-and-mortar stores
  • Products that are out of stock at the competitor’s site
  • Pricing that does not include all taxes, fees, and shipping
  • Direct-from-manufacturer or wholesale pricing
  • Certain brands may be excluded, including: Alfi, Blanco, Elkay, Crestwood, and TOTO

How to Request a Price Match:

  1. Locate the lower price on a qualifying competitor’s checkout page
  2. Take a screenshot or copy the URL
  3. Contact us via our Contact Form before placing your order
  4. We’ll respond within 1 business day with a match or an explanation

If you’ve already placed your order and believe you qualify for a post-purchase price adjustment (non-promotional), please reach out with your order number and details.

Note on Promotional Sales:

We often run limited-time events and holiday sales where prices are temporarily reduced due to supplier-driven discounts. These promotions are valid only during the advertised window, and we do not offer retroactive adjustments on these sale prices.

If you ordered just before a sale began, feel free to reach out. We may be able to issue a courtesy store credit depending on item and brand eligibility.
