With its undermount installation, you can easily brush crumbs or wipe spills directly into the sink without dirt and grime building up around the rim. This kitchen sink is made of SILGRANIT, a patented, certified granite composite material engineered to take on the toughest kitchen tasks. SILGRANIT is heat, scratch, stain, chip, and impact resistant, making it stronger and more durable than other sink materials. It will not blister, burn, melt, or discolor from hot pots, pans, or baking sheets straight from the oven. Is this an apron sink?
No it is not. It is an undermount sink with a slightly curved front (horizontally).

With The Curved Front, Is This Similar To A Farmhouse Design Sink; Does The Front Show Or Do You Cut Your Countertop To Accommodate The Sink Design?
The Blanco Valea 30" is designed for undermount installation only.

I received the Blanco Valea 32” granite composite Silgranit white sink (#441773) and the box was in perfect condition but when my contractor opened the box the entire upper corner of the sink was cracked. When I called customer service, I left my name and ordered number but no one bothered to even call me back. Not impressed with The Kitchen Boutique at all.
Unique shape, but classic good looks. Large, deep, and perfect! Overall, pleased with the sink, particularly the size/depth, and durability.
