Disappointed Service

When I received my grid, I am very happy but after I open the item, the size did not fit, I try to contact your store, some representative told me there is restocking fee and a lot of your policy are not likely to have another business. I just wonder maybe your company never makes mistake, when I call for replacement and your representative said is available and same price so I ask for return label and your company to help send me a correct item. Your representative said no and later I received an email from your company and tell me all those inconveniences demand. I will rather give it out to my friend and tell everyone I know not to buy anything from your company.
