I would like to install this sink in a 33” sink base, reviewing all specifications it looks like it fits, why does it say minimum 36” sink base?
The Ruvati RVH9201 farmhouse sink requires a minimum base cabinet width of 36 inches for proper installation. While the sink itself may be 33 inches wide, attempting to install it in a narrower cabinet can lead to:
- Difficult Installation: Limited space can make maneuvering the sink during installation challenging.
- Potential Damage: Forcing the sink into a smaller space could cause scratches or dents, which wouldn't be covered under warranty.
- Improper Function: A tight fit might restrict access to plumbing connections or limit the functionality of the sink.
To ensure a smooth installation and optimal performance, we strongly recommend using a 36-inch base cabinet for the RVH9201 sink.

What is the actual apron height?
The apron front height is 9".

Can this be specially ordered in the matte gold finish? Can it be installed in a 35" interior wall-to-interior wall cabinet base?
The gold version of this sink is the model RVH9207GG.
The minimum base cabinet size for this model is 36". -
What are the differences between RVH9201 and RVH9540 sinks?
The RVH9201 is a workstation, has a low divide ledge and has a 60/40 bowl split. The RVH9540 is not a workstation and has an even 50/50 bowl split with no low divide.
