Will this work in a 36-inch cabinet?
The recommended cabinet size is about 3 inches more than the width of the sink. So if you have a 36" cabinet you could install either a 30" sink or even go up to a 33" sink.

What does “ sink has no overflow mean”?

The fireclay sinks are fired at 2900°F, making them highly durable and heat-resistant up to 500°F.

Latoscana LFS3018W can be installed as an undermount sink with a measurement of 30" x 18 1/8" x 10 1/16".
