The BLANCO PROFINA is the farmhouse sink with a modern twist. This generous 36" galley-style apron front sink, crafted of BLANCO's durable fireclay material, features an iconic farmhouse look, with thin walls that give it a modern feel. Home chefs will love the functionality of this sink making it a perfect companion for prepping and cooking. The PROFINA features an innovative accessory ledge for custom accessories to fit within the sink, saving counter space and adding a highly functional workstation to your kitchen. Included is a beechwood cutting board designed to sit and slide perfectly on a built-in sink ledge. Its ultra-durable surface is fired at over 2,100F during its crafting process and allows for a perfect, smooth and easy-to-clean surface for years of use to come. Our fireclay sinks are borne of artisan hand-finishing techniques and are both stain and chip resistant. Plus, with the center drain location, the process of stacking and washing dishes becomes a simpler task.

  • Most in stock orders ship within 1-3 business days. 
  • As soon as your order has been shipped, we will send the tracking information to the e-mail address provided at checkout.
  • Final delivery dates are determined once the tracking number is issued. Based on delivery location, orders are estimated to be delivered within 2-5 business days. 
  • If you do not receive tracking information from us within 5 business days of your order, feel free to contact us.
  • Orders are shipped either via FedEx, UPS, USPS or an LTL freight shipping carrier.
  • If an item is on back order, an email will be sent after the order is placed of when stock is expected.

  • We rely on shipping carriers to have the product delivered to you, and are unable to account for shipping delays caused by them or unforeseen circumstances. Any shipping charges paid are non-refundable.

Ground Shipping

Freight Shipping

  • Large and heavy products ship LTL freight on a pallet.

  • Someone will need to be available for delivery.
  • The driver will place the package curbside at the end of your driveway.

Shipping to Canada

  • Depending on the item the shipping is estimated to be about $150 via UPS/FedEx Ground. Some heavier products that ship LTL freight will have a higher shipping cost.
  • While buyers from Canada may order through our website, please be prepared to be contacted by our office regarding your order, since the rate on the website is an estimate and additional charges might apply.

Standard Returns

  • Must be requested within 30 days from the day of delivery. Exception: "Allstone Group" sinks must be requested within 10 days of delivery.
  • Buyer pays return shipping and insurance costs.
  • If item was shipped as part of free shipping promotion, initial shipping charges will be deducted from refund OR 25% restocking fees may apply (whichever is lower). For information on the original shipping charges please contact us.
    • Exceptions:
      • Nantucket Sinks - 15% restocking fees
      • Rohl - 30% restocking fees + original freight shipping of $200. (Some items are not cancellable and non returnable after purchase.)
      • Alfi, AllStone, Blanco, Elkay, Ruvati, and Whitehaus - 25% restocking fees + original shipping
  • A 5% fee will apply on all returns in addition to the return shipping.
  • Returns must include an RMA# (provided by us).
  • Products must be shipped back to the warehouse, traceable and insured with RMA# listed on the return label (tracking must be shared with us for a refund).
  • Products from different manufacturers will require different Return authorizations.
  • The item must be new, unused, unassembled, and in original packaging
  • Due to the many variations in monitors and browsers, the color of products may appear different on different monitors. Items returned based on the color will be treated as a standard return. Please make sure to read our color disclaimer.
  • We cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss along the way. Please insure your return.
  • Refund will be processed once the item is received and verified in the warehouse in about 7-14 business days after delivery.
  • Shipping charges paid are non-refundable.
  • Please submit a request using the "Message Us" form on the contact us page to start the return process.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges will be treated as a standard return (see above).
  • A new order can be placed for another product.

Cancellations

  • Can take up to 1 business day to confirm a cancellation.
  • Full refund only if the order has not been processed by the warehouse.
  • Cancellation of backorders, confirmed or processed orders will result in a 5% cancellation fee.
  • If the product has been processed by the manufacturer's warehouse, cancellations will be treated as a standard return (see above).
  • If the product is on backorder, cancel the order prior to buying a new sink. If the backorder is processed sooner, the cancellation will be treated as a standard return (see above.)

Damages and Defects

Despite all our best efforts, sometimes your shipment may arrive damaged. In case of damages, as long as you follow these simple steps we guarantee to send you a replacement and take care of any shipping costs. In addition, you will have our excellent customer service available at your fingertips to handle your case.

  • Follow the inspection guidelines based on how your order was shipped
  • Contact us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery. We MUST be notified about any damages promptly so we have enough time to resolve the issue for you and so the warehouse can file the insurance claim with the carrier.

Please Note: We can only take responsibility if we are notified within 24-48 hours of delivery and the inspection guidelines are followed

If your product arrives without any visible damage but does not function properly, it may be due to a defect on the manufacturer’s end, which is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. Our customer service team will be happy to guide you through the warranty process.

If applicable, we can only reimburse you for the cost of the product and shipping, and not for any additional costs such as installation, disposal, etc. We also cannot be held responsible if the product you ordered does not meet your required specs. Please do the necessary research on the product in advance.

**Fireclay, Handcrafted or Hand finished Products:

  • Due to the organic nature of these hand finished products, minor imperfections (such as little bubbles, dimples, small divets, etc.) may appear. These are not defects and do not affect the functionality of the sink. It's what makes each sink uniquely its own. Unfortunately, we will not be able to replace or discount products with minor imperfections.
  • The unfinished underside of any ceramic-based products (fireclay, granite, porcelain, etc) will have minor surface deformities, odd patches and surface scratches/cracks from any manufacturer because they are unfinished due to being under the counter. This is normal and will not affect the integrity of the item. Contact us if you would like us to review your ordered item(s).

Incorrect Item(s)

If you find that the item you received is not the one you ordered, please notify us promptly within 14 days of delivery.

  • Please include pictures of the item(s)# on the box, shipping label and the incorrect item(s).
  • The item must be new, unused, unassembled, and in original packaging.
  • Due to the many variations in monitors and browsers, the color of products may appear different on different monitors. Items returned based on the color will be treated as a standard return. Please read our color disclaimer.
  • We cannot be held responsible for incorrect item(s) that have been installed, and are not liable for any installation costs.

Missing Item(s)

If you cannot find an item that was recorded as delivered, please notify us promptly within 24 hours. We’ll work to help you get to the bottom of it. Unfortunately, we cannot issue any refunds or replacements for an order that the delivery company recorded as delivered, even if it was lost or stolen after delivery. If you would like a signature to be required upon delivery, kindly request that at the time you place your order.

The Sink Boutique will not be held responsible for any missing item claims received beyond 24 hours.

Final Sales

    Incorrect Item(s)

    If you find that the item you received is not the one you ordered, please notify us promptly within 14 days of delivery.

    Missing Item(s)

      • Can this sink be undermounted?

        It cannot be undermounted in the traditional sense. You must build some sort of frame underneath to support it.

      • Does this sink include a Cutting board?

        Yes, a Beechwood cutting board included for all your chopping, dicing, and mincing needs

      • Iis the cutting board included as stated in the description?

        Yes, the cutting board is included.

      • Can this sink be completely under mounted, without the front showing?

        In theory, yes.... but it will require your contractor to fully understand what is required. First, this sink does not "mount" to the under side of a counter. It's basically a small bath tub. It needs to have a frame of some kind built to support it. You would simply build that frame a few inches back as to allow cabinet faces to cover the front of the sink, easy. There is something else to be careful about: typically for most undermount sinks a counter fabricator will make the counter protrude ~1/4" into the sink on all sides. This won't work for this sink, specifically it will prevent you from fitting the cutting board insert. The counter needs to follow the top edge of the sink (as shown in most photos of this sink). That will be doubly important if fully concealing it.

      • Is this sink a true white or an off white?

      LOVE the sink and ACCessories

      We love this Blanco model because of the inside ledge feature and the depth was perfect for me. We bought all the accessories with the sink and they are awesome and very useful.

      Beautiful & Functional

      Great sink, arrived on time with plenty of protection/packaging, not a scratch on it which is what I was concerned about. The cutting board that comes with the sink is thick, sturdy and has rubber feet to keep it from sliding on the sink ledges. We also bought the protective strainer for the bottom of the sink and the drain board which sits on the sink ledges (both sold separately), all of which have rubber where needed to keep from scratching the sink. Super satisfied with this product!

      This farmhouse sink is worth it.

      The Blanco Profina fireclay workstation farmhouse sink is attractive and as pictured. Thank goodness it arrived in one piece. I liked the overall look of it.
