The sink was shipped to the countertop installer where it was inspected and they said it was perfect..
Love it. We haven’t installed it yet but unboxing it it looks great

We all know how stressful a Kitchen remodle can be and then this happened My sink was delivered on a Saturday when we opened the box the sink was beautiful and then i seen the corner as it was busted off and laying in the bottom of the box , we were devistaded and everything you read from the sink boutique on damaged goods follow the procedure exactly as written and you will find out how much they care about there customer’s. I thought as i left the message response its going to be at least another 10 12 days before this gets worked out it was clear as day fedx dropped it as the box carton was crashed in on the corner. Monday morning comes and i get an reply messeage back from sink boutique that they are working on the damaged report and that afternoon i had a tracking # from fedx and my sink was going to at my front door on Tuesday by NOON, I couldnt believe it Customer service pulled it off and there it was before noon a beautiful Karren Quartz composite in black granite , No mater the situation i can put Money on the Sink Boutque will have your back and resolve it in 24 hrs, i was so Impressed how quick this situation was resolved and we were very satisfied , the Sink looks beautiful and were very happy and we will be a forever Customer with The Sink Boutique
Wow, this is a great sink! Purchased in glossy white which makes cleaning a breeze. I’ll never go back to stainless. Everything arrived quickly (even though initially we got a backorder notice) and well-packaged. Husband made some minor modifications to our sink base to accommodate the apron front but installation was flawless. So glad we found this beautiful, affordable retrofit sink.

The sink was delivered miraculously in one piece considering that the shipping container was open on the top and bottom and loose accessory items were rolling around inside the sink and protruding from the shipping container.

It's like a big heavy tub. Not as nice looking as a regular farmhouse sink. But it looks very reliable.

When my sink arrived, it had been damaged in transit. I submitted a claim as per their guidelines and received a response within just a few hours.They had a replacement sink shipped out from the manufacturer within a day and I received it just a day later. Everything was perfect on the second shipment.This kind of service and support is outstanding!

The Premier Copper Non-Overflow Pop-up Bathroom Sink Drain I purchased for my copper sink I bought through the Sink Boutique doesn’t work. After installed by professional plumbers the sink drain pop-up will not stay in the down position so that the sink will hold water.

Reported the damage sink and within a week the sink boutique sent a brand new sink shipped more carefully and arrived in one piece.
