Product Isn't Quite Right for Your Space?

We understand – finding the perfect fit can be tricky. Eligible items can be returned within 30 days. Here's how it works:

To qualify:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
  • Return authorization is required (we'll provide clear instructions)
  • Return must be trackable and insured

Return fees apply:

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility (varies by location and item size)
  • Manufacturer restocking fee (up to 25%) - this is an industry-standard fee charged by manufacturers, not The Sink Boutique, to cover the specialized handling these products require.

We'll confirm exact costs when you request your return authorization. 

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are handled as a return + new purchase.
  • Simply return the original product (as above) and place a new order.

Final Sale Items

Items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged per manufacturer policy, but we'll still replace them free if they arrive damaged.

Natural Variations

Our handcrafted sinks may have minor variations that make each piece unique. Small bubbles, dimples, or surface irregularities on unfinished undersides are normal characteristics of the artisan process and don't affect functionality.
