Order Shipment

• Processing Time: Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.

• Tracking Information: Once we receive the tracking number from the warehouse, we will email it to the address provided at checkout. Note that your order may ship before the tracking number is available.

• Delivery Estimates: Final delivery dates depend on the shipping carrier and can be determined after tracking number is issued. Orders typically arrive within 2-5 business days, depending on the delivery location.

• Have You Received No Tracking? If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days, please contact us for assistance.

• Shipping Methods: Depending on the size and destination of the order, orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS, USPS, or an LTL freight carrier.

• Backorders: If an item is on backorder, we will email you after the order is placed with an estimated restock date.

Note:

• Shipping Delays: We rely on shipping carriers to deliver your order and cannot account for delays caused by them or unforeseen circumstances. Any shipping charges paid are non-refundable.

• Delivery Estimates on Product Pages: Delivery estimates for in-stock items shown on the product page are approximate. For actual delivery dates, please refer to the tracking number once available.

• Need it Fast?: If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us for a more accurate estimate or to arrange expedited shipping (additional charges may apply).

Ground Shipping

• Shipping Carriers: Packages are delivered via FedEx, UPS, or USPS.

• Saturday Deliveries: Shipping carriers may deliver on Saturdays.

• No Signature Required: FedEx, UPS, or USPS ground shipments do not require a signature, and the driver will leave the package at a suitable location at your address.

• Delivery Scheduling: Drivers will not call ahead to schedule delivery, so please use the tracking information to monitor your package's status.

• Free Ground Shipping Exceptions: Free ground shipping may not be available to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, or Military Addresses. Please contact us to verify availability.

• Inspection Guidelines: Please review the inspection guidelines for ground shipping when accepting delivery.

Freight Shipping

• Large Item Shipping: Large and heavy products ship LTL freight on a pallet.

• Free Freight Shipping: We offer free freight shipping within the 48 contiguous U.S. states.

• Delivery Timeline: If the product is in stock, delivery is typically expected within 2-5 business days.

• Scheduled Delivery: The freight carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery time.

• Delivery Requirements: Someone must be available to accept the delivery.

• Curbside Delivery: The driver will place the package curbside at the end of your driveway.

• Special Requests: Please contact us for LTL and other special delivery instructions or requests.

• Inspection Guidelines: Please review the inspection guidelines for freight shipping when accepting delivery.

Shipping to Canada/Internationally

• Shipping Costs: Shipping to Canada is estimated to be approximately $150 via UPS or FedEx Ground, depending on the item. Heavier products shipped via LTL freight may have higher shipping costs. For other destinations please contact us for a shipping quote.

• Order Confirmation: Buyers from Canada may place orders through our website. However, our office may contact you regarding additional charges, as the rate shown on the website is an estimate.

• Duties and Taxes: Duties, taxes, and any additional fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping costs.

• Exact Shipping Quote: Please contact us for an accurate shipping quote before placing your order.

• Product Availability: View our collection of products available for shipping to Canada. For other international destinations please contact us.

• Alternative Options: Brands that do not ship internationally (including Canada) can still be ordered by providing a U.S. shipping address or using a mail forwarder.

Shipping to Alaska/Hawaii

• Shipping Costs: Depending on the item the shipping is estimated to be about $300 via UPS/FedEx Ground. Some heavier products that ship LTL freight will have a higher shipping cost.

• Order Confirmation: Orders from Alaska and Hawaii may require additional charges; our office will contact you if applicable.

At The Sink Boutique, we want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase and our customer service. We do our best to get you the right product in pristine condition and are available to assist you in the event of returns, exchanges, cancellations, missing parts, or damages.

Standard Returns

• Must be requested within 30 days from the day of delivery. Exception: "Allstone Group" sinks must be requested within 10 days of delivery.
• Buyer pays return shipping and insurance costs.
• If the item was shipped as part of a free shipping promotion, initial shipping charges will be deducted from the refund OR 25% restocking fees may apply (whichever is lower). For information on the original shipping charges please contact us.
• Exceptions:
• Nantucket Sinks - 15% restocking fees
• Alfi, AllStone, Blanco, Elkay, Ruvati, and Whitehaus - 25% restocking fees + original shipping
• A 5% fee will apply on all returns in addition to the return shipping.
• Returns must include an RMA# (provided by us).
• Products must be shipped back to the warehouse, traceable and insured with RMA# listed on the return label (tracking must be shared with us for a refund).
• Products from different manufacturers will require different return authorizations (unique RMA# for each manufacturer).
• The item must be new, unused, unassembled, and in original packaging
• Due to the many variations in monitors and browsers, the color of products may appear different on different monitors. Items returned based on the color will be treated as a standard return. Please make sure to read our color disclaimer.
• We cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss along the way. Please insure your return.
• Refund will be processed once the item is received and verified in the warehouse in about 7-14 business days after delivery.
• Shipping charges paid are non-refundable.
• Please submit a request using the "Message Us" form on the contact us page to start the return process.

Exchanges

• Exchanges will be treated as a standard return (see above).
• A new order can be placed for another product.

Cancellations

• Can take up to 1 business day to confirm a cancellation.
• Full refund only if the order has not been processed by the warehouse.
• Cancellation of backorders, confirmed or processed orders will result in a 5% cancellation fee.
• If the product has been processed by the manufacturer's warehouse, cancellations will be treated as a standard return (see above).
• If the product is on backorder, cancel the order prior to buying a new sink. If the backorder is processed sooner, the cancellation will be treated as a standard return (see above).

Damages and Defects

Despite all our best efforts, sometimes your shipment may arrive damaged. In case of damages, as long as you follow these simple steps we guarantee to send you a replacement and take care of any shipping costs. In addition, you will have our excellent customer service available at your fingertips to handle your case.

• Follow the inspection guidelines based on how your order was shipped
• Contact us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery. We MUST be notified about any damages promptly so we have enough time to resolve the issue for you and so the warehouse can file the insurance claim with the carrier.

Please Note: We can only take responsibility if we are notified within 24-48 hours of delivery and the inspection guidelines are followed

If your product arrives without any visible damage but does not function properly, it may be due to a defect on the manufacturer’s end, which is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. Our customer service team will be happy to guide you through the warranty process.

If applicable, we can only reimburse you for the cost of the product and shipping, and not for any additional costs such as installation, disposal, etc. We also cannot be held responsible if the product you ordered does not meet your required specs. Please do the necessary research on the product in advance.

**Fireclay, Handcrafted or Hand finished Products:

• Due to the organic nature of these hand finished products, minor imperfections (such as little bubbles, dimples, small divets, etc.) may appear. These are not defects and do not affect the functionality of the sink. It's what makes each sink uniquely its own. Unfortunately, we will not be able to replace or discount products with minor imperfections.
• The unfinished underside of any ceramic-based products (fireclay, granite, porcelain, etc) will have minor surface deformities, odd patches and surface scratches/cracks from any manufacturer because they are unfinished due to being under the counter. This is normal and will not affect the integrity of the item. Contact us if you would like us to review your ordered item(s).

Incorrect Item(s)

If you find that the item you received is not the one you ordered, please notify us promptly within 14 days of delivery.

• Please include pictures of the item(s)# on the box, shipping label and the incorrect item(s).
• The item must be new, unused, unassembled, and in original packaging.
• Due to the many variations in monitors and browsers, the color of products may appear different on different monitors. Items returned based on the color will be treated as a standard return. Please read our color disclaimer.
• We cannot be held responsible for incorrect item(s) that have been installed, and are not liable for any installation costs.

Missing Item(s)

If you cannot find an item that was recorded as delivered, please notify us promptly within 24 hours. We’ll work to help you get to the bottom of it. Unfortunately, we cannot issue any refunds or replacements for an order that the delivery company recorded as delivered, even if it was lost or stolen after delivery. If you would like a signature to be required upon delivery, kindly request that at the time you place your order.

The Sink Boutique will not be held responsible for any missing item claims received beyond 24 hours.

Final Sales

Final Sale products are offered at a special discount. These products are overstocked and will be discontinued, so once they're gone, they won't be back! There are no flaws in these products, they are simply overstock items that will no longer be available in these designs.

• No Cancellations, Returns or Exchanges: All sales are final on these items.
• Damages and Defects: If your item arrives damaged, we will replace it at no additional cost. See terms and instructions for damages and defects.
