The sink is beautiful! Customer Service has been great. I originally did not order the grids and noticed just after two days of using the sink that it had scratches. I decided to order the grids as this size is hard to find anything to fit, so I sucked it up to pay an additional $200 for the sink grids. The grids overall fit perfectly except the sink holes do not align perfectly. You can still access the sink holes but they are offset a bit on each side. They sink another set, which was exactly the same. Overall I am happy and love my new sink, however, for the cost of the grids and they are supposed to be custom to the sink ... you would think it would be manufactured right.
The website was easy, and the sink came within 3 days.
Just received our sink. It looks awesome and totally worth it. We really like your company and would totally recommend you to anyone we talk to. Thanks so much for working with us.

I was very happy with the ordering process, I had questions about the item prior to getting and the customer service people were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The item arrived 2 days before schedule and was extremely well packed. I opened the box and the sink was in tact and no damages. Is this sink have hollow or solid walls? Can you share the details of the glazing?
This features solid, durable fireclay walls that resist chipping and cracking. It has a high-quality, smooth porcelain enamel glaze that offers protection against stains, scratches, and water absorption while maintaining a glossy, white finish. The sink is reversible, offering two design options: a traditional farmhouse front or a contemporary flat front, with glaze on both sides for consistent durability and appearance.
It said nothing about chips stains and scratches does it not do any of these things? Need to know.
White fireclay sinks may stain if overlooked but the stains can easily be removed. If they do stain, here are general instructions to keep your sink sparkling clean (https://thesinkboutique.com/blogs/news/fireclay-farmhouse-sink-comprehensive-guide). By following the simple care instructions provided by the manufacturer, your farmhouse sink will look great and last you for decades to come.
what size sink is recommended for a remodel if base cabinet is 36"?
A traditional 33" farmhouse sink will fit a 36" farmhouse base cabinet.
I see that the recommended cabinet size is 39". Would it still be possible to install it in a 36" cabinet?
This fireclay sink is 36" and because of the nature of the fireclay, there can be a 2% variation in dimensions. The recommended base cabinet size is at least 3" more than the size of the sink.
Can this be mounted flush with the countertop? So that the countertop is level with the top of the sink?
Yes, this sink is designed for installation flush with (or slightly lower than) the surrounding tile. Here is a link to the installation instructions (https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/2660/4504/files/LaToscana_Fireclay_Instructions.pdf?11935324501135846435).
