Can this be installed under a birch wood butcher block countertop?
Yes, it can.

The total width is 34 inches, but how wide is the total sink opening? The left sink is 17.25 inches and the right sink is 11.25 inches, but there is no mention of how big the middle divider is nor is there any measurement for the sides of the sink.
The thickness of the side walls measures 1.625" and the center divider's thickness is 1.75".
