Fired at high 2200 degrees Fahrenheit, Houzer's proprietary clay and mineral blend fuses with the nonporous glaze, creating a luxurious, glossy, cool-to-the-touch finish that is chip, crack, and scratch resistant. The bowl measures 33-inches by 18-inches by 9.25-inches deep and is supplied with instructions.
