So far, great! It was my first time buying from this site, so I was a little hesitant, but the price on this Bocchi sink was too tempting! I was notified as soon as the sink was back in stock, purchased it immediately, and it arrived quickly and in perfect condition with all parts. We're renovating, so we have not had it installed or used it yet, but I'm happy to report back. Ordering and shipping were great!
It was a great experience doing business with Sink Boutique! Communication was outstanding- I was able to speak with a real human right away about delivery time and it arrived as promised. They tracked my order and I kept me informed so I could plan with my installer. The sink is beautiful! We love it. Sink Boutique offered the best price we could find with no shipping or tax! I have already passed the word on to others who are thinking of buying a sink.
With everything so backordered due to covid I was anticipating this being very delayed. I was surprised to see it arrive within a few days- safe and sound!
I received my sink quickly and at a great price!
I haven’t had it installed yet so I can’t speak to size, quality looks good and the brand warms high marks.
This sink was exactly what my clients envisioned for the space. Durable with all the accessories
Sink came quickly, without event, as described. Good communication when one of the accessories was out of stock, said it would be shipped soon and arrived a week later. Everything seems of high quality - just waiting for the countertops to be installed so we can mount the sink.
I wanted a sink that shines like enamel. This sink is so beautiful, brilliant white, and so glazed it shines. So glad I decided to pull the trigger and not get a matte sink, If you are looking for a cast-iron like shine, this is the one for half the weight.
Stunning sapphire blue color. Fast shipping
shipping and packaging was great but i was so disappointed in the color after doing what i though was enough research to know if this was a soft biscuit it's really your basic solid yellow biscuit. Online it appears to be like a soft grey which based off the website even if it's called biscuit I'm going to believe their reference color images and not the name... and you cannot return a sink due to color =(
Our first sink came broken and I was so afraid that it wouldn’t be replaced . The customer service with the Sink Boutique was remarkable . I received an immediate response and they shipped a new sink the next day that arrived in perfect condition . That says a lot about a company .
Omg I wish I had bought this sink first but it was the last sink I purchased for new construction home. Big enough to wash babies in or big pots and pans. It’s beautiful and clean simple lines. I love love love it! The price!!!! Unbelievable the quality for the price. I’d use it for my utility sink in the laundry if I hadn’t already bought one. ❤️
I wish I’d ordered this first! I’d have ordered all my sinks from Bocchi. The quality and design are way beyond the price!
I cannot believe how absolutely beautiful this Sapphire Blue sink by Bocchi is. It is stunning. It is also very, very heavy. The color is amazing. I can’t wait to install it!
This sink is so nice and exactly what i wanted. Fast delivery. Packaged well.
Everything looks awesome but the metal grid doesn't fit flush to the bottom of the bowl. The corners catch on the bowl and we don't want to risk damaging the bowl.
Sink boutique entered the wrong address for our delivery, claimed they fixed the error, lost the sink, and then said it could not be reordered because it was now out of stock. Horrible experience which is delaying the installation of my counters.
Very good experience. Love the sink. Very good quality. Wish the supplied protector was flush. Very pleased.
The Bocchi Soto sink I wanted was backordered through the manufacturer. With the countertop scheduled for installation I was concerned that the sink wouldn't arrive in time. The Sink Boutique was very responsive to my dilemma. They answered emails promptly and had the sink shipped from the manufacturer to save time. The sink arived in perfect condition two days ahead of their predicted arrival and 4 days before the countertop installation. I highly recommend The Sink Boutique to you for outstanding customer service and quality products.
Easy order process and I was kept informed about delivery from shipment to door. I will be order from you again. Good price on all products and sink is beautiful.
It's a beautiful white sink, nice finish and arrived in perfect condition.
