The seller was excellent in hearing my concerns, however the BOCCHI company really doesn’t know much about quality assurance or customer satisfaction. The deep blue vanity sink was not properly inspected by the quality team, and we received a sink with 10-11 divets in the china bowl underthe glaze. The shiny blue glaze accentuated all of the imperfections in the middle section of the bowl. Very disappointing with a sink my wife loved. The BOCCHI company quality has really gone downhill. This sink cost $225. And look like it should have been scrapped at final inspection.
Ice blue is subtle but special like sea glass. Wall mount frees up floor space in our tiny bath.
The matte ice blue is so serene like sea glass. It's a real conversation starter in our guest bath.
This little black fireclay sink is stunning! Wall mount keeps the floor clear, and the matte finish is so modern.
Sapphire blue is bold but not overwhelming. Wall mount keeps the space feeling open.
This blue is even more beautiful in person. Installation was quick and easy according to our guy. The size is generous and the color coordination with our backsplash turned out perfectly. Really elevates the whole space.
Absolutely love this bold color choice! Our contractor was curious about the blue finish and was impressed with the quality. It's become the centerpiece of our kitchen island. The depth is perfect for our family's needs.
Really impressed with the quality. The biscuit color is subtle but adds warmth to the kitchen. Fits our space like it was made for it. Great investment for our remodel.
Beautiful piece - the craftsmanship really shows. The edges clean up nicely and I haven't had any issues with buildup or staining. Really complements our marble countertop perfectly.
This isnt just a sink its art. The palette shape is unique and the matte black is ultra-modern. Love it!
Good sink overall but had some installation challenges. The dimensions were perfect for our island setup. Really like the deep basin design - much more functional than our old one. Takes a bit more care to clean than expected but the matte finish is growing on me.
Great quality - feels substantial. My installer mentioned the measurements were good which made his job easier. Very pleased with the durability so far.
Matte black is dramatic and modern. Wall mount makes cleaning the floor a breeze.
What a difference this made! The finish quality is noticeably better than our previous sink. Maintenance is simple and it has that high-end look we were going for. Worth every penny for the kitchen renovation.
The warm biscuit tone works so well with our farmhouse aesthetic. Installation process was smooth - no surprises. The deep basin handles everything from prep work to cleanup beautifully. Our contractor said the quality was evident right out of the box.
Matte gray is calming and neutral. Wall mount gives our small bath an airy feel.
The biscuit fireclay has such a warm, inviting look. The rectangle shape is modern, and the undermount installation is clean. It elevates the whole guest bathroom.
Bought 2 sinks, received 1 with a manufacturing defect and hairline crack. No inventory from Sink Boutique to replace the broken one so now I have a bathroom with $6,000 worth of Quartz cut and no sink to place in one of the holes. This is a custom size and color so I am left with a mess. Customer service offered to replace my broken black sink with a blue one! Really??
I purchased the Bocchi Etna Vessel Sink. It is absolutely beautiful. BOCCHI Customer Service and the Technical Department are absolutely the best. The are friendly, knowledgeable about there products and work immediately to help you. Thank you BOCCHI
