I had questions before ordering…the company not only sent me the color I was questioning (matte white), but they also sent me glossy white and biscuit to compare. They were always extremely pleasant, quick with their replies, and in my opinion, went above and beyond. I ordered the sink, it was packaged and shipped excellently, and arrived quickly. It is HEAVY!! It’s the 36” wide Bocchi farmhouse fireclay sink. I can’t wait to see it in my newly renovated kitchen! This has been a wonderful experience, a company I won’t hesitate to order from again.Thank you!
I love this sink so much....it looks absolutely amazing in our new kitchen. However, plan to constantly be using your spray faucet to chase food down into the drain. When you rinse food off, it will just sit there...there is no decline leading to the drain. I must rinse that sink over and over twenty times a day. I'm not sure if this is usual for farmhouse sinks because I've never had one before, but it's such a huge pain. Luckily the sink is so gorgeous that I guess it's worth it.
We received our new sink in a timely manner and in perfect condition! Unfortunately, our home is not built yet, therefore, I don’t have pictures of the sink in the house, but we had a great buying experience!
Purchased a 36” farm style sink for our new construction. This sink is so robust. Super excited to install it once the cabinets are built. Got it for a really good deal and grateful on how fast they shipped it to us.
I’m not one for reviews but I do always look at them for some input so hopefully this helps someone! I found this sink at a plumbing showroom and was going to order it but then I found it online at The Sink Boutique for 350 dollars cheaper! I decided why not. The sink arrived soo quickly and packaged great. There ended up being a few minor scuffs on it so I reached out and they quickly responded and were so great. They scheduled a UPS pickup for the one sink and sent out another one right away. I could not be more happy with the sink and the service! Don’t worry about not knowing anything about the company, these guys were so good about everything.
Absolutely beautiful and it is exactly as described. Due to the weight, we had to reinforce the base, and the instructions provided this information. Make sure you have a big enough cabinet to accommodate the large size.
It is a beautiful sink but UPS broke my sink in transit. Customer service was so good and the replacement was delivered really quickly. Love the price and that the accessories are all included. 5+ stars.
We LOVE our new sink!! Excellent craftsmanship, fast delivery, excellent customer service!!
Everything was quality, the product and the customer service!
What size base cabinet is required?
Will fit a minimum farmhouse base cabinet of 39" or cabinet made custom for the sink by using the sink as a template
How accurate are the pictures of the sink to the Matte Gray color? Is it lighter than what the pictures show?
