With the firing in our kilns up to 2000 F temperatures, Fireclay becomes the most durable material used in today's kitchens. Thus, dealing with extreme heat coming from pots and pans is definitely not a problem. Due to their special glaze coating fused with the fireclay body, our sinks have a non-porous, uniform, scratch and stain resistant surface. With its protective bottom grid and distinctive looks, BOCCHI Farmhouse Sinks are truly crafted to match your design and functional desires.

      • What size base cabinet is required?

        A 30" farmhouse base cabinet is recommended for this sink

      • Does the sink require a thinker disposal flange or is it standard thickness?

        A standard disposal flange that comes with the disposer should work with this sink. A flange extension is not needed.

      • Is this sink slanted towards the drain to help in clearing stuff out of the corners? We are looking for a new sink. The one we have now is so flat-bottomed that it’s hard to clean.

      • Is the sink strainer removable? I want to get one with a different finish. Thanks.

        Yes, you can use a different basket strainer.

      • What is the sink depth?

        The interior bowl depth is 8 7/8". Here is the link to the specification sheet.

      • Does this sink come with the grid?

        The sink grid and basket strainer (for use without garbage disposal) comes free with your sink purchase.

      • Does this white sink have a gray/beige undertone?

        This sink is an industry standard white and is in a glossy finish. The white sink does not lean towards beige, cream or gray. The color can sometimes be distorted on screens and devices. 

      • Bocchi 27 inch contempo farmhouse sink 1356-001-0120 Is the white a shiny white finish? I did not want a matte finish. It’s hard to tell by the picture. Thank you, Jennifer

        The depth of this sink is 8 7/8" (226mm).

      • What is the measurement from the top to bottom of front apron. I need to know if I have enough room to install in my existing cabnet.
