To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
- Return authorization (RMA) is required - (we'll provide clear instructions)
- Return must be trackable and insured

- Refund issued after inspection and manufacturer approval
Restocking fees are charged by our manufacturing partners to cover specialized handling, inspection, and repackaging of large, fragile items.
Why Return Shipping Isn’t Free
We ship most sinks factory-direct and often absorb outbound shipping costs on large, heavy items. Return shipping is handled separately to keep pricing fair and competitive for all customers.

Our handcrafted sinks may have minor variations that make each piece unique. Small bubbles, dimples, or surface irregularities on unfinished undersides are normal characteristics of the artisan process and don't affect functionality.
