The Houzer PCH-3700 LE Porcela series Lemon Porcelain Enamel Steel Undermount Offset Single Sink offers the high end look of cast iron with all the benefits of lighter steel core making it easy to install and maintain. Our Porcelain enamel is twice-fired at 1500 deg F resulting in a perfectly smooth surface that is stain, chip and scratch-resistant. Non-porous surface makes it hygienic and easy to maintain. Bowl measures 28.75-inches by 18.3125-inches by 9-inches deep and supplied with mounting clips, template and instructions. Covered by limited 10 year warranty. Fits 36 inch cabinet.

  • Someone will need to be available for delivery.
  • The driver will place the package curbside at the end of your driveway.

Shipping to Canada

  • Depending on the item the shipping is estimated to be about $150 via UPS/FedEx Ground. Some heavier products that ship LTL freight will have a higher shipping cost.
  • While buyers from Canada may order through our website, please be prepared to be contacted by our office regarding your order, since the rate on the website is an estimate and additional charges might apply.
  • Duties, taxes and any other fees that are not included will be the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact us for an exact shipping quote.

Standard Returns

  • Must be requested within 30 days from the day of delivery. Exception: "Allstone Group" sinks must be requested within 10 days of delivery.
  • Buyer pays return shipping and insurance costs.
  • If item was shipped as part of free shipping promotion, initial shipping charges will be deducted from refund OR 25% restocking fees may apply (whichever is lower). For information on the original shipping charges please contact us.
    • Exceptions:
      • Nantucket Sinks - 15% restocking fees
      • Rohl - 30% restocking fees + original freight shipping of $200. (Some items are not cancellable and non returnable after purchase.)
      • Alfi, AllStone, Blanco, Elkay, Ruvati, and Whitehaus - 25% restocking fees + original shipping
  • A 5% fee will apply on all returns in addition to the return shipping.
  • Returns must include an RMA# (provided by us).
  • Products must be shipped back to the warehouse, traceable and insured with RMA# listed on the return label (tracking must be shared with us for a refund).
  • Products from different manufacturers will require different Return authorizations.
  • The item must be new, unused, unassembled, and in original packaging
  • Due to the many variations in monitors and browsers, the color of products may appear different on different monitors. Items returned based on the color will be treated as a standard return. Please make sure to read our color disclaimer.
  • We cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss along the way. Please insure your return.
  • Refund will be processed once the item is received and verified in the warehouse in about 7-14 business days after delivery.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges will be treated as a standard return (see above).
  • A new order can be placed for another product.

Cancellations

  • Can take up to 1 business day to confirm a cancellation.
  • Full refund only if the order has not been processed by the warehouse.
  • Cancellation of backorders, confirmed or processed orders will result in a 5% cancellation fee.
  • If the product has been processed by the manufacturer's warehouse, cancellations will be treated as a standard return (see above).
  • If the product is on backorder, cancel the order prior to buying a new sink. If the backorder is processed sooner, the cancellation will be treated as a standard return (see above.)

Damages and Defects

Despite all our best efforts, sometimes your shipment may arrive damaged. In case of damages, as long as you follow these simple steps we guarantee to send you a replacement and take care of any shipping costs. In addition, you will have our excellent customer service available at your fingertips to handle your case.

  • Follow the inspection guidelines based on how your order was shipped
  • Contact us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery. We MUST be notified about any damages promptly so we have enough time to resolve the issue for you and so the warehouse can file the insurance claim with the carrier.

Please Note: We can only take responsibility if we are notified within 24-48 hours of delivery and the inspection guidelines are followed

If your product arrives without any visible damage but does not function properly, it may be due to a defect on the manufacturer’s end, which is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. Our customer service team will be happy to guide you through the warranty process.

If applicable, we can only reimburse you for the cost of the product and shipping, and not for any additional costs such as installation, disposal, etc. We also cannot be held responsible if the product you ordered does not meet your required specs. Please do the necessary research on the product in advance.

**Fireclay, Handcrafted or Hand finished Products:

  • Due to the organic nature of these hand finished products, minor imperfections (such as little bubbles, dimples, small divets, etc.) may appear. These are not defects and do not affect the functionality of the sink. It's what makes each sink uniquely its own. Unfortunately, we will not be able to replace or discount products with minor imperfections.
  • The unfinished underside of any ceramic-based products (fireclay, granite, porcelain, etc) will have minor surface deformities, odd patches and surface scratches/cracks from any manufacturer because they are unfinished due to being under the counter. This is normal and will not affect the integrity of the item. Contact us if you would like us to review your ordered item(s).

Incorrect Item(s)

If you find that the item you received is not the one you ordered, please notify us promptly within 14 days of delivery.

  • Please include pictures of the item(s)# on the box, shipping label and the incorrect item(s).
  • The item must be new, unused, unassembled, and in original packaging.
  • Due to the many variations in monitors and browsers, the color of products may appear different on different monitors. Items returned based on the color will be treated as a standard return. Please read our color disclaimer.
  • We cannot be held responsible for incorrect item(s) that have been installed, and are not liable for any installation costs.

Missing Item(s)

If you cannot find an item that was recorded as delivered, please notify us promptly within 24 hours. We’ll work to help you get to the bottom of it. Unfortunately, we cannot issue any refunds or replacements for an order that the delivery company recorded as delivered, even if it was lost or stolen after delivery. If you would like a signature to be required upon delivery, kindly request that at the time you place your order.

      • Is there a sink grid compatible with this sink?

        Houzer 27" Stainless Steel Bottom Grid, BG-3250 is compatible with this sink.

      • Can this sink be installed under a Laminate Counter top?

        Yes, you may. This is an undermount style sink.

      • Is there a wire sink protector I could place in this sink, as pan-bottoms mark it up terribly. It is cleanable (with lots of gritty cleaner and elbow grease, but in the meantime it look very scratched up. Its beautiful when clean, but very high-maintenance. I really hope you have something made to fit this sink...

      Looks good -small area of chipping, but will be hidden by counter

      Quick shipping -sink has yet to be installed but the yellow looks beautiful!
